The purpose of the case aide position is to coordinate and manage daily safety and security of client direct care services; provide programmatic information to internal and external customers.
Summary:
The Residential Clinician is responsible for providing direct and indirect residential clinical services to individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Direct services include but are not limited to assessment, treatment planning, individual, group and family counseling, and discharge planning. Indirect services include supervision, staff meetings, trainings, residential operation, answering phone calls, treatment authorizations, collaborating with outside providers, and all paperwork, reporting and documentation associated with client care. This position collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to create an individualized recovery program for each client.
The LYNC Transportation Case Aide is responsible for transporting youth and their families to and from LYNC programming. The Bilingual Transportation Case Aide will conduct Transportation Case Aide duties in Spanish and/or English and assist clients with language barriers and translation in a non-clinical capacity to meet their needs. As with all LYNC team members the Transportation Case Aide will be informed on cultural, gender and trauma responsive approaches to youth and their families.

The Case Manager position within the Community Release program provides educational and vocational assistance to the clients residing in Connecticut Renaissance’s DOC funded programs. This position will also serve as a liaison between the clients and employers.
The Outpatient Clinician is responsible for providing direct and indirect outpatient clinical services to individuals with psychiatric disorders, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring disorders. This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create an individualized recovery program for each client. This position will provide effective client supervision and counseling services for both individual and group as well as facilitate treatment plans. This Outpatient Clinician will be responsible for file management as well as timely reporting.
The Director of Residential Treatment Programs is responsible for the supervision and direction of all CT Renaissance Residential Treatment Programs. The position will ensure that all Residential Treatment Programs are coordinated and operated in a manner consistent with agency policies and procedures and meet the requirements of DPH, DSS, ASAM, DMHAS, CSSD and DOC, and federal and state regulations. This position interacts with all levels of management and personnel to identify and resolve operational, outcomes and customer satisfaction issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Director will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its funding/regulatory sources, will assist in maintaining residential licensing and accreditation, and ensure residential program quality through clinical integrity, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, innovation and financial accountability/analysis.?

The Part-Time Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors within the Waterbury West residential treatment facility. This role is responsible for monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, enforcing facility policies, and assisting with crisis situations in a professional and supportive manner.
